CDE PROGRAMME
HAZARIBAG COLLEGE OF DENTAL SCIENCES AND HOSPITAL
The Department of Conservative Dentistry and Endodontics organized a Continuing Dental Education (CDE) program on 22 nd August 2023 ,10 am onwards in association with Shofu Dental India on "Direct Anterior Aesthetics- An overview from start to finish" at Hazaribag College of Dental Sciences and Hospital. The guest speaker for the event was Dr.Adil Abdullah from Bangalore. The event aimed to provide dental professionals with a comprehensive understanding of the latest techniques of using Composite in achieving aesthetic excellence in anterior tooth restorations. A large number of student participants and faculty members from all the departments actively participated in the event.The event was conducted in the presence of Dr.Praveen Srinivas ( Secretary, Hazaribag College of Dental Sciences & Hospital), Dr. Rajeev Kumar (Dental Council CDE observer), Dr. K. Sri Krishna (Principal), Dr. Ankur Bhargava (Vice-Principal), Dr.Atul Jain (Head Of Department, Conservative Dentistry & Endodontics), followed by other heads of all departments and staffs. This event proved to be a valuable platform for all students and dental professionals to upgrade their knowledge and skills in the rapidly evolving field of aesthetic dentistry. The event successfully achieved its objectives by providing participants with a holistic understanding of direct anterior restorations and equipping them with the tools to deliver superior aesthetic outcomes for their patients. The engaging lectures, hands-on workshops, and interactive discussions provided a rewarding learning experience for all attendees. Dr. Deepak Kurup’s (Professor), Dr. Shazia Mahreen’s (Sr.Lecturer) and Dr. Ritu Raj’s (Sr. Lecturer) alongwith the Postgraduate students ( Dept.Of Conservative and Dentistry and Endodontics) tireless work behind the scenes ensured that attendees had a meaningful and enriching experience throughout the event. As the event concluded, participants left with newfound knowledge, enhanced skills, and a renewed enthusiasm for providing top-tier aesthetic dental treatments to their patients. The event's success is a testament to the dental community's commitment to continuous learning and excellence in patient care.
