World No Tobacco Day Rally 2018

The global tobacco epidemic kills more than 7 million people each year, of which close to 9,00,000 are non-smokers dying from breathing second-hand smoke. To create awareness regarding ill-effects of tobacco among the public in Hazaribag city, a rally had been organized in the center of city by Hazaribag College of Dental Sciences and Hospital, Hazaribag, Jharkhand in association with International College of Dentists. Faculty members and students in large number participated in the event for the noble cause. During the rally pamphlets containing information on threats of tobacco (written in local language-Hindi) were also distributed.
